This is the issues related with your host.

Make sure your host allows you to run the script for enough time for encoding.
Also, make sure the upload size is high.

Hello Praveen,

Thank you for the tip.

The server in question is my local testing server, so could you let me know what settings I should change ? Is it a php.ini settings which I need to modify ?

I have set upload limit as 100 MB.

Any guidance would be helpful.

Check the max_execution_time.

Also check max_post_size

I have checked and rechecked, but cannot seem to get it to work. Here is my values... so what can I check now?

php_value upload_max_filesize 200M
php_value post_max_size 200M
php_value output_buffering on
php_value max_execution_time 15000
php_value max_input_time 15000
php_value memory_limit 100M

Set the memory limit like 128 or 256.

You can run a dedicated ffmpeg to fix this problem. You can ask your host to do that. Or you should have a vps.
