how can i create new html page and include in menu bar.

You can add it from the admin panel page builder. Then you have to drag a html block to the page. and edit that block.
Once its done, your page url will be www.your_site.com/viewPage.php?ID=
Use this url to add it to the navigation bar.

ya i tried this.. bt i dnt know what  u mean by edit page. i created the page as per instruction in dolphin general questions on boonex. but nothing shows up.

how would you edit a page in your way. please explain.. i wil try and let you knw if tht works..#

I have explained above is the easiest way and there is no way that the files may corrupt.

We won't use this page builder. We will create a new page that fits with the template with the dolphin framework.
