May I know why sometimes our users will receive blank messages from the inbox even the sender did enter the content in the message? When the recipient tried to open the message, it can't be opened due to no content and subject saved in the database.

Can somebody advise how can i fix this in the mail section? Thanks

I think the file compose.php was changed. Try replacing it.
