Dear all

Two nights ago my UK-based dolphin site crashed as a result of a folder deleted by mistake. I sent Praveen an email explaining what the problem was. When I got to work the following morning, the problem was largely solved - Praveen had done everything he could have done from his end, and suggested we solved the remaining bugs over the phone which we did over Skype-chat. My site was back up by 10am.

I highly recommend Praveen. He is quick, responsive and results-oriented. He won't drop the ball on you. Again, thank you so much for your help.
