  I have installed the RMS into my site for the video chat. I have installed as per steps given in Boonex-trac. When i click the chat link on my site, it shows the connection process, and not displaying the chat page. I dnt knw wat went wrong. Kindly advice, How to resolve it.

make sure the RMS is running. Also check your server port for restrictions.
