I am using using justhost.com  out of the UK to host my site, now I am not an expert on php but I am not stupid nor is this my first time, I copied dolphin into my root folder and extracted  it , i made the data base like i have done many times before. the install failed to start it gave me the mesage "allow_url_include is On (warning, you should have this param in Off state, or your site will unsafe) "  so I put allow_url_include = off   in php.ini and it started but I could not tell if it finished when it ended and after I deleted the install folder I get this message  " It seems to be script is not installed." now I have no idea what this means. i just tried to do it all again and i get the same message as I did the first time but now the trick with the php.ini file does not work and I am at a loss as to why. can any one help me?

It seems the problem is with your host.
The reason may be your host doesn't allow the script to write/create files.

Not all hosts support dolphin. If you are interested, I recommend www.happy-hosting.com
