I need to fix a few things the theme..

First thing is the nav bar menus. Something just does not look right they look rather ugly actually.
1. How would I work on them and change them to keep the grey theme but have the uni style (rounded, space in between)
2. why do the words wrap. In uni two word titles show side by side in this them they are on top of each other.

Actually I am very surprised at how unprofessional the nav bar looks, I guess its my fault for not paying closer attention.

Next issue is why is there a one inch solid grey area on the right side of theme?
